Jyoti Yarn Processing (P) Ltd (JYP) was inaugurated in 1994 in Parwanipur, Parsa. With the emerging garment export industry in Nepal, Dr. Roop Jyoti established JYP to complement the products of Jyoti Spinning Mills. It was setup for dyeing cotton yarn, polyester/cotton yarn and polyester/viscose yarn.
