Himal Oxygen (P) Ltd (HOX) factory was inaugurated in 1972 in Parwanipur, Parsa. It was Nepal’s first gas plant. It was established by Maniharsha Jyoti with the vision of leading Nepal into self-sufficiency. It commenced with the production of medical and industrial high purity oxygen and nitrogen gas and liquid.

Today, HOX has set up its plants around the country, and it produces 99.99% pure oxygen (maximum purity). It provides door to door delivery and after sales services through Bhajuratna Engineering & Sales Ltd around the nation. Its products are widely used in all major hospitals and industries across Nepal.
